Terms and Conditions

These conditions and any provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Supply of Goods Act 1973 and the Supply of Goods Services Act 1982 not inconsistent herewith shall apply to all goods sold by the Company and in case of conflict these Conditions and not the customers shall prevail.

Terms of Payment

Payment for all goods shall be made in full 30 days from the date of invoice. If the customer fails to pay by the due date the Company shall be entitled to charge;
(i)interest (2% per month) on overdue account and/or
(ii)suspend further deliveries and/or
(iii)cancel the contract
All cheques will be verified by means of Transax or similar.

Price

The Company reserves the right to;
(i)change prices without prior notice
(ii)make an additional charge for handling and delivery of small orders
(iii)ask for deposit for special orders and non-stock items
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Availability

All goods are offered subject to remaining unsold. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage caused by delays or delivery being made after any quoted date.

cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled upon payment of reasonable cancellation charge and goods once despatched may not be returned without the Company's written consent. Handling charge of up to 25% will be made to cover the administration cost.
Cancellations must be made within seven days of the order date, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

Warranties

Any damage, fault or shortage must be noted at the time of delivery/collection and the Company informed in writing within three days. Goods returned under warranty will be subject to works inspection prior to credit being issued.
All goods in respect of which any claim is made must be retuned to and collected from the Company's premises at the customers expense.

Risk and Title

The goods shall be and therefore remain at the customers risk from the time of delivery. The Company reserves the legal and beneficial ownership in goods sold by it until payment has been made in full by the customer.

Force Majeure

The Company reserves the right to suspend/cancel deliveries without incurring liability in the event of circumstances, contingency or force majeure beyond the Company's control.
