Returns Policy

The company must be notified within 7 days of the order date or 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

The Company will not accept any goods returned to them from a customer without prior consent.

When the goods are returned the original delivery note number or invoice number must be quoted.

Goods must be in its original packaging and be in resellable condition. Any goods that show evidence of use shall not be accepted.

Not stocked and specially ordered goods can only be returned upon payment of reasonable restocking charge of up to 25%.

All costs incurred and responsibility in returning the parts to the company are to be borne by the Customer.

Any gas carrying, gas controlling, boiler spares or electrical parts are non returnable.

If the goods ordered were personalized, altered or otherwise changed then no refunds can be given.

Replacement under warranty

Goods returned under warranty will be subject to works inspection prior to credit being issued.
All goods in respect of which any claim is made must be retuned to and collected from the Company's premises at the customers expense.

Such items must be returned to the Company together with the original delivery note or invoice only with prior agreement with the Company.
