The despatch time shown along side each product is a guide to the longest amount of time it should take to despatch the product.
All items are despatched as soon as possible, but if the item is not in stock at one of our warehouses we will have to order the product in to us before despatching to the customer.
Despatch times have been added to take in to account the lead time to us from the manufacturer or distributor.
If there is a further complication, the customer will be contacted for further instructions.
Collection only
Some of our items are too bulky to send out with a courier. These items have been set as collection only. Once the product is ready for collection you will recieve details about where and how to collect.
