The shipping address on all first time orders must match the billing address. Any orders that do not follow this guideline will be cancelled.
All products available online have an estimated despatch time. The customer will be notified if any items cannot be despatched within a reasonable amount of time.
Free Delivery
If you live in Luton you qualify for free delivery on all items. Create an order and proceed to checkout. Once you have entered your address the delivery price will drop to £0.
If your shipping address falls within one of our delivery routes, you will be charged a flat fee of £15. You will receive notification of delivery date once the order has been placed. Create an order and proceed to checkout. Once you have entered your address the delivery price will drop to £15.
Any address not local or on any of our delivery routes will have items despatched on a courier. Delivery charge will be the rate the courier has set.
